What hours are you open? A- 7:00 am to 5:15 pm Monday through Friday.
Is there an enrollment/supply fee? A- Yes. $40 Registration Fee, $60 Family Registration Fee.
Is there an enrollment/supply fee for drop in care? A-No.
Is there a deposit required in your daycare? A- Yes, 1 week tuition. When you give 2 weeks notice, we apply to the last week of care. If you do not give 2 weeks notice, then the deposit will be retained per our contract and parent handbook.
What type of safety features does the center have? A- We are inspected by a Fire Marshall yearly and also inspected by the FSSA. Our electrical outlets are self closing and the infant/toddler room outlets are 3 feet off the ground. There are 4 exits out of our building and each have panic hardware. Three of the four doors are locked at all times and we have a gated drop off area to ensure maximum safety as parents leave the building. We use a daily communication app that parents are able to check throughout the day to see what their child is doing. Children are checked in and out on this app as well and it alerts parents.
Do you supply all food, diapers and pull ups to care for my child? A- Because infants and toddlers have such specific needs based on allergies and preferences, parents supply diapers, pull ups, wipes, formula/breast milk. The center supplies baby food. Hot lunches, breakfast and two snacks are supplied for toddlers up.

What ages do you accept? A- 6 weeks through 6 years old.
Do you offer a preschool program? A- Yes! Our goal is to help prepare your children for kindergarten, with the convenience of all day childcare built in. We operate within a mixed age group of 3-6 year olds. Our Montessori inspired classrooms follow a curricuIum designed to keep children engaged in learning and a weekly thematic approach to teaching children keeps it fun. We believe in child led learning at Max's Playhouse. We are Level 3 on Paths To Quality, a voluntary rating system used to rate educational quality in childcare and preschools. The state of Indiana recognizes Level 3 & 4 as high quality education!
Do you transport to other preschools? A- Unfortunately, we are not able to transport to other programs at this time. However, we do allow Culver Schools and the Saint Michael's school bus to pick up and drop off at our center for before and after school care.
Q- Are meals included in the price? A- Yes. Breakfast, lunch, AM & PM snack are included. Lunch is vended from the Culver Academies.

CCDF- We accept Vouchers!
The Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) is a federal program that assists low-income families in obtaining child care so they can work, attend training, or continue education. The purpose of the CCDF is to increase the availability, affordability, and quality of child care.
What are the income guidelines? A family's gross monthly income (before taxes & any other deductions) can not be over 127% of the federal poverty level to be eligible for the program. The family can then remain on the program until the Federal Poverty Level exceeds 170%. Licensed Foster parents, seeking care for foster children, and parents involved with the Department of Child Services do not have to be within these income guidelines. This table will help you determine whether or not you may qualify for the CCDF Program. (Size of family includes children and parent living with them) Size of FamilyPre-Tax Monthly Income Limit
